- Gourmet breakfasts are provided between 8:30 – 9:30 am for guests.
- Breakfast fee of $20 per person for non-registered guests attending breakfast.
- Coffee, tea, and homemade cookies are available 24/7.
- Check-in 3:00-6:00 pm (late arrivals, please call).
- Check-out 11:00 am.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 14, or pets.
- Free onsite parking allows for a casual two block walk to Mount Dora Historic District.
- Smoking of any substance, lighting candles, incenses, or any like items are not permitted in the house or guest rooms.
- Guests may smoke on the patio and garden areas without inconveniencing other guests.
- Cost for damages will be charged to guest credit cards.
- Lost key fee is $25.
- Guests will incur cost to return any items left behind.
- With the exception of the Carriage House which has a full kitchen, guests may not use the inn’s kitchen facility; there is a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a filtered hot and cold water fountain located in the common area.
- We do not enter the rooms during your stay, unless it’s an emergency situation.
- Towels are replaced after the third day, or upon request.
- Pursuant to Section 1.2000 – Public Accommodations of the ADA Title III Technical Assistance Manual – we are exempt from ADA accommodation requirements. However, we have accommodated guests in wheelchairs to enter our Carriage House suite which is on the ground floor.

- Reservation policy
- A credit/debit card is required with reservation.
- Your reservation confirms acceptance of our policies.
- Except during the summer months, June thru September, a two day minimum stay is required on weekends.
- Fifty percent deposit on reservations made more than seven days prior to the arrival date, balance will be charged on the eighth day prior to the arrival date.
- Full price charged on reservations made seven days or less prior to the arrival date.
- Specials can not be combined with any other discounts, coupons or vouchers.
- 7% Florida sales tax and 4% county tax additional.
- Room Rates subject to change without notice.
- Cancellation policy
- Deposits are refundable if requested more than seven days prior to the arrival date, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Refunds will not be made for cancellations requested seven days or less prior to the arrival date.
- If a guest purchases the Travel Protection Plan, the terms of the Travel Protection Plan supersedes the terms of our cancellation policy.
- Cancellations requests of a reservation with the Travel Protection Plan must contact the plan.
- All non Travel Protection Plan cancellation requests must be made by email to info@magnoliainn.net.
Magnolia Inn 1926 LLC, exclusively operates and leases the property commonly known as the Magnolia Inn Bed & Breakfast. Magnolia Inn 1926 LLC has sole control and responsibility for maintaining the premises of the bed and breakfast and all furniture, fixtures, and equipment related thereto. All guests of the bed and breakfast are invitees of Magnolia Inn 1926 LLC, and agree and acknowledge that they waive any claims, rights, or actions against Magnolia Inn 1926 LLC and Magnolia Inn 1926 LLC’s landlord(s), agent(s) or other person(s) or entities for any alleged failure to correct or disclose any defects in the premises.
